Philippines: Aftermath of Deadly M6.9 Earthquake in Cebu 3
A strong magnitude 6.9 earthquake jolted the coast of Cebu, Philippines, on Tuesday night, September 30, causing power outages and damaging buildings, and leaving more than 70 people dead.
This video shows rubble at SM Cares Village, a relocation site built in 2014 for survivors of Super Typhoon Haiyan, where 10 people were reportedly killed.
