US: Record Rain Hits New York City, Multiple Fatalities Reported
A storm caused damage across the Tri-State area, flooding roads and subway stations and toppling trees on Thursday, October 30. In New York City, record-breaking rain submerged streets and subway stations. Two men were found dead in flooded rooms in Manhattan and Brooklyn, respectively, according to reports.
