Japan sushi chain holds simultaneous tuna-cutting shows

Japanese sushi restaurant chain Choushimaru Co. holds a tuna-cutting show at an outlet in Tokyo's Nerima Ward on Nov. 1, 2025. Guiness World Records recognized the chain for the highest number of simultaneous tuna-cutting shows after it held them at all 71 of its outlets in the Tokyo metropolitan area.
