Protest Against Mercosur Agreement - Spain
Demonstrators of the tractorada that surrounds the Wall of Lugo since last Monday, in front of the Delegation of the Xunta de Galicia in Lugo, January 14, 2026, in Lugo, Galicia (Spain). Galician farmers and ranchers continue to be on the warpath against the Mercosur-European Union trade agreement. They have been protesting since Monday, gathering up to 140 tractors in the city. Affiliates of Agromuralla and Gandeiros Galegos da Suprema maintain a checkpoint of demonstrators in front of the Xunta building and more than fifty tractors parked on the Ronda de la Muralla.
