A powerful burst of wind tore across Northeast Ohio on Friday, March 13, with near-hurricane-force gusts as high as 85 mph recorded in Cleveland. The storm knocked out power to thousands of customers, downing trees and power lines, and overturning semi-trucks across several counties.
