Marco Bezzecchi (Francesco Bagnaia ha conquistato la vittoria nella MotoGP d'Austria, assicurandosi la sua terza doppietta Sprint-Grand Prix della stagione. Membro della VR46 Rider Academy quasi sin dalla sua nascita, Bagnaia e cresciuto come pilota sotto la guida del nove volte campione del mondo Valentino Rossi. Prima della partenza in Austria, ha ricevuto alcuni consigli diretti dal suo mentore. "Prima della gara, lui [Rossi] mi ha detto che quello che ho fatto ieri [nella Sprint] era gia buono, quindi cerca di ripeterlo", ha detto Bagnaia alla conferenza stampa post-gara.
