XIAN, China - An effigy of a Japanese carrying slogans such ''Jap, get out of China'' is hung during a student protest march in the central Chinese city of Xian on Nov. 1. On Oct. 29, three Japanese language students and a Japanese professor at Northwest University, a general-purpose college with 2,300 students and 1,100 faculty, wore bras and hung fake genitals from their waists at a party performance, according to reports by the official Xinhua News Agency.
