TOKYO, Japan - File photo shows Japan's sprinter Yoshihide Kiryu. The 17-year-old Kiryu's time of 10.01 seconds in the men's 100 meters at the Oda Memorial International on April 29, 2013, may not be recognized as a world junior record by the International Association of Athletics Federations because a device that measures wind speed was not used during the race, informed sources said on May 14.
