TOKYO, Japan - An electric board at a securities company in central Tokyo shows the benchmark Nikkei Stock Average at the Tokyo Stock Exchange rising 110.67 points to end at 11,097.14 on March 30, 2010, closing above the 11,000 line for the first time since October 2008.
