TACLOBAN CITY, Philippines - A U.S. MV-22 Osprey prepares to be loaded with relief packs from the U.S. Agency for International Development at the airport of Tacloban City in the central Philippines on Nov. 16, 2013. U.S. 3rd Marine Expeditionary Brigade Public Affairs Officer 1st Lt. Luke Kuper told Kyodo News there are 12 Ospreys sent from Japan to help in the post-typhoon relief operations in the Philippines, the largest humanitarian operation involving the controversial aircraft so far.

Osprey opponents block gates of Futenma air station
