OSAKA, Japan - A pedestrian tries to get a copy of extras reporting a Tokyo District Court decision on a suit filed by Livedoor Co. to block Nippon Broadcasting System Inc. from issuing Fuji Television Network Inc. 15.87 billion yen in equity warrants near JR Osaka Station on March 11. The court ruled in favor of Livedoor's claim that Nippon Broadcasting's decision to issue the warrants is extremely unfair as it is aimed mainly at maintaining Fuji TV's control over the radio broadcaster.
