US: Man Spotted on Brooklyn Bridge Beams

A man was seen on the structure of Brooklyn Bridge on Tuesday evening, September 15, in an apparent suicide attempt, according to the person who filmed the video. The individual who captured the footage said police were contacted and the man was rescued.
