The Russian Federation is represented by orchestras of law enforcement agencies of the country: the Ministry of Defense, the FSO, the Russian Guard, the FSB and the Russian Emergencies Ministry. Bands from Armenia, Belarus, Venezuela, Egypt, India and Thailand are also taking part. For 15 years, the festival has hosted more than 160 teams from 56 countries and regions, becoming one of the largest international cultural projects in Russia.
