177kg of cannabis seized at home of Nepalese man

NARITA, Japan - The police and the customs authorities at Narita airport in Chiba Prefecture said Dec. 26 they arrested Gurung Nir Bahadur, a restaurant owner in Tokyo's Nerima Ward, on suspicion of possessing 5.5 kg of cannabis resin in Saitama Prefecture. They seized 177 kg of the drug at his home.
