S.T. to buy whole of Earth Chemical's stake in Fumakilla

TOKYO, Japan - S.T. Corp. President Takashi Suzuki (L) and Fumakilla Ltd. President Kazuaki Oshimo speak in a press conference in Tokyo on Feb. 14, 2011. S.T. will buy the whole of Earth Chemical Co.'s shareholding in Fumakilla in March 2011, raising its stake in the insecticide maker to 25.69 percent from the current 15.16 percent.
