7th month anniv. of Japan tsunami

ISHINOMAKI, Japan - People view a coastal area of Ishinomaki, flattened by the March 11 tsunami, from a hill in the Miyagi Prefecture city on Oct. 11, 2011, the seventh month anniversary of the disaster. According to the National Police Agency, the disaster has claimed the lives of at least 15,822 people, with 3,923 still missing as of the same day.
