MATSUYAMA, Japan - Akio Yonago, 56, who lost his left arm in a fishing accident at age 23, smiles at Honai in Ehime Prefecture on Aug. 2 before leaving on a nonstop solo boat voyage around the world. Yonago is scheduled to return to the town around next May after a 300-day, 47,000-kilometer voyage on his 11-meter vessel.
