Hong Kong: Dozens Killed as Fire Rips Through High-Rise Towers in Tai Po

A massive fire engulfed multiple towers of Wang Fuk Court in Hong Kong’s Tai Po district, killing dozens of people with hundreds missing. Thick smoke and flames forced evacuations as firefighters tackled the blaze from ladder trucks, with some fire staff injured. The 31-storey residential complex, undergoing extensive renovation with bamboo scaffolding, suffered debris falling from buildings. Roads were closed and emergency services scrambled to the scene.
