Chichibu night festival draws record spectators

CHICHIBU, Japan - The Chichibu night festival featuring ornate floats in Chichibu, Saitama Prefecture, draws a record 315,000 spectators Dec. 3. The festival is one of Japan's three float festivals along with the Gion festival in Kyoto and the Takayama festival in Gifu Prefecture. (Kyoto)
