The jetpack, developed by Guangdong XPeng Aeroht, is the brainchild of Liu Dongsheng, an expert working for the company. Liu said the jetpack could perform various maneuvers such as moving in any direction, turning and braking, with a full tank of fuel. However, the flight time was only 3 to 5 minutes. He demonstrated the jetpack by flying no higher than three meters during the test, citing safety concerns.
