(2)NTT DoCoMo to launch 5 new 3G FOMA mobile phone models

TOKYO, Japan - Five new models for the 901i series of 3G FOMA mobile phone handsets unveiled by NTT DoCoMo Inc. on Nov. 17 feature an enhanced audio system. The company will market one model, the SH901iC, in Japan on Nov. 26 with other models to follow. The new series features a surround-type 3D audio system for ringing-tones, i-appli games and other applications, with twin speakers, NTT DoCoMo.

TOKYO, Japan - Hitachi Ltd. said Feb. 24 it has developed a cylinder-shaped three-dimensional (3D) image display by which air-born 3D images can be viewed from any angle without special glasses.
