Explosion rocks Panamanian tanker, 3 crewmembers missing

HIROSHIMA, Japan - The 4,386-ton Panamanian-registered tanker Sunny Jewel is seen sinking off the town of Nagahama, Ehime Prefecture, Dec. 16. Three of its 18 crewmembers went missing when the ship sank after an explosion.
