According to the data released by the Ministry of Statistics and Program Implementation (MoSPI), the inflation based on Consumer Price Index (CPI) in July was 7.44 percent. In June, the figure stood at 4.87 percent. The food inflation increased to 11.51 percent in July from 4.55 percent in June, the data showed.
