S. Korean navy raises sunken N. Korea vessel

A South Korean naval vessel March 17 raised a North Korean mini-submersible which was sunk in 150 meters of water about 100 km south of Koje island in a firefight last December. The island is located about 460 km from the N-S Korea border. At least two decomposed bodies were reportedly found on board.
