A seven-story apartment building (Lower L) in Yokohama stands threatened by dirt piled up to the third floor Thursday Feb. 18 following a collapse overnight a part of the 50-meter-high cliff behind. The cliff is part of an area used by the U.S. military for housing. One person was injured in the cave-in.
