TOKYO, Japan - File photo shows Prince Mikasa, uncle of Emperor Akihito. The 96-year-old youngest brother of the late Emperor Hirohito, posthumously known as Emperor Showa, underwent surgery at St. Luke's International Hospital in Tokyo on July 11, 2012, to repair a defective heart valve, the Imperial Household Agency said.
