Ireland: Heavy Rain Triggers Severe Flooding in Dublin

Overnight heavy rain triggered flash flooding across north Dublin on Friday, February 13, leaving basement parking lots submerged and damaging numerous vehicles. Roads were closed near Dublin Airport and a Status Yellow rainfall alert was issued.
