US: American Airlines Flight Returns to Las Vegas Due to Midair Engine Issue

An American Airlines flight 1665, carrying 153 passengers and six crew members, returned to Las Vegas' Harry Reid International Airport on Wednesday, June 25, after flames and smoke were reported coming from its left engine midair. The plane landed safely with no injuries.
