Now, at this point of time, Washington decided to unfreeze 7 billion U.S. dollars, from over 9 billion frozen Afghan assets, and splitting it between humanitarian aid for cash-strapped Afghanistan and a fund for 9/11 victims. The legal and economic experts in Pakistan are of the view that this decision is a blatant v
