Int'l conference on biological recycling opens

SAPPORO, Japan - A three-day international conference opens in Sapporo on Sept. 6 to promote the recycling of biological waste. About 320 experts from 15 countries gathered on the first day of the conference at Hokkaido University to discuss measures to recycle waste such as garbage, and human and animal waste.
