Beautician Suzuki left 8.8 bil. yen in assets to daughter

TOKYO, Japan - Diet and beauty adviser Sonoko Suzuki (file photo), who died last December at age 68 of pneumonia, left some 8.8 billion yen in taxable assets. The asset figures were released on Nov. 20 on the list of major local inheritance taxpayers by the Itabashi Taxation Office in Tokyo, in accordance with the Accessions Tax Law.
