TOKYO, Japan - Flower arrangement grandmaster Toko Adachi (photo taken in March 1994) died of acute liver failure at a Tokyo hospital on March 19, her family said March 13. She was 69. Adachi established her own original style known as ''Kagei-Adachi-Ryu'' in 1973 by melding Japan's traditional flower arrangement with Western-style arts.
