Japan appoints tourism special envoys

TOKYO, Japan - Shigeto Kubo (L), commissioner of the Japan Tourism Agency, gives Adisleydi Rodriguez, the Cuba representative in the Miss International Beauty Pageant Japan, a letter appointing her as a Japan tourism special ambassador, during a ceremony at a hotel in Tokyo on Nov. 6, 2014.
