Vitali Ginzburg, right, a Russian whom Moscow suspects of embezzling money designed for a cosmodrome project, will remain in Czech custody, the Prague Municipal Court, which nodded to Ginzburg's extradition to Russia in June, decided today, on Tuesday, November 19, 2019, turning down his complaint. Later in the summer, the admissibility of Ginzburg extradition was confirmed by the appeals High Court in Prague. Now the final decision is up to Justice Minister Marie Benesova (for ANO).
