Japan, Taiwan local railways tie up

KUROBE, Japan - Chang Bin (L), general secretary of Taiwan's Forestry Bureau, and Kazuhiko Kato, president of Japan's Kurobe Gorge Railway Co., hold a commemorative steam locomotive model in Kurobe, Toyama Prefecture, on April 20, 2013.
