Nissan launches fuel efficient sedan in Thailand

BANGKOK, Thailand - Toru Hasegawa (R), president of Nissan Motor (Thailand) Co., and Nissan Motor Co. Chief Operating Officer Toshiyuki Shiga introduce the new Almera sedan during the vehicle's unveiling event in Bangkok on Oct. 7, 2011. The car features fuel economy of 20 kilometers per liter and low carbon dioxide emissions, meeting requirements necessary to receive the Thai government's eco-car designation, according to the automaker.
