Heavy rain triggered alerts in Bologna province, particularly around Ozzano dell’Emilia. The Reno River and Navile Canal rose rapidly after over 100 mm of rain fell in a few hours, prompting an orange alert for hills and mountains and a yellow alert for the plains. Flooded roads and landslides were reported, including a major landslide in Granaglione, Alto Reno Terme.
