Building on our historical and cultural ties, the Mediterranean Pact will focus on areas of common interest where we share challenges and aspirations. The Mediterranean Pact will intensify cooperation and economic ties between the shores of the Mediterranean Sea and beyond. Inauguration of The Place Du Pont Neuf Christo and Jeanne Claude - Paris

In order to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the Pont Neuf wrapped by Christo and Jeanne-Claude, the City of Paris has decided to associate the names of the famous artist couple with the Place du Pont Neuf in Paris, France on October 3 2025. This inauguration, in the presence of Christo and Jeanne-Claude's heirs, will be followed by several tributes including an exhibition and an ambitious project for the repackaging of the Pont Neuf by JR in 2026.
