Indian man speaks on Battle of Imphal

IMPHAL, India - Arambam Anagma Singh, co-founder of the 2nd World War Imphal Campaign Foundation aimed at handing down the memory of the 1944 Battle of Imphal to future generations, delivers a speech at an event held in the northeastern Indian city of Imphal on March 23, 2014, to commemorate the 70th anniversary of the battle fought between the now-defunct Imperial Japanese Army and Allied forces.
