The aim was to illustrate the resistance and mobilization through the culture and language of Ukraine and the loyal commitment of the French artistic community to supporting the country. Around 150 political, diplomatic, institutional, and cultural representatives attended. Ukraine reported that 1,859 children have been brought back. France announced increased support, particularly for reintegration programs. Jean-Noël Barrot confirmed the opening of a reintegration center in Cherkasy with French state support. The city of Nantes signed a cooperation agreement with Kherson and has already hosted 30 children in dedicated programs.
