TOKYO, Japan - Takafumi Anegawa (R), managing executive officer of Tokyo Electric Power Co., submits applications for state safety assessments of the Nos. 6 and 7 nuclear reactors at the Kashiwazaki-Kariwa power plant in Niigata Prefecture to an official of the Nuclear Regulation Authority in Tokyo on Sept. 27, 2013.
