TOKYO, Japan - File photo shows veteran Japanese blues singer Mina Aoe, who died of pancreatic cancer on the night of July 2 at a Tokyo hospital, according to her family July 3. She was 54. Aoe, a native of Tokyo whose real name was Shizuko Ihara, made her debut as a singer with ''Kokotsu-no-Blues'' (Blues of Rapture) in 1966. She received the prestigious Japan Record Award in 1968 for ''Isezakicho Blues,'' which turned out to be a big hit.
