Spain Votes On Lowering Age Of Criminal Responsibility - Madrid

The Plenary of the Congress debates and votes today the Proposition of Law of modification of the Organic Law 5/2000, of January 12, regulating the criminal responsibility of minors, to lower the criminal age and punish more firmly and effectively the crimes committed by minors.
