Recovery of fallen device at Monju reactor planned

TOKYO, Japan - File photo taken May 2010 shows the Monju prototype fast-breeder reactor in Tsuruga, Fukui Prefecture. The Japan Atomic Energy Agency said May 10, 2011, that it will undertake work in June 2011 to recover a fallen 3.3-ton device at the reactor. The device used for fuel exchange accidentally fell into the reactor vessel in August 2010.
