Brain-dead boy's organs to be transplanted

A boy aged between 10 and 14 was declared brain-dead with family consent for the first time in Japan on April 12, 2011. The boy's heart is set to be transplanted to a male patient aged under 20 at the Osaka hospital.

Court declares last year's election unconstitutional
