Municipal Signs Inverted By Young Farmers - France

At the entrance to many municipalities in the Lot department, signs are found upside down, this is a joint movement of Young Farmers (JA) and the FNSEA (National Federation of Farmers' Unions). The panels were not damaged, they were simply “unscrewed and installed in the wrong direction”. This national operation entitled “We walk on our heads” aims to denounce the new rules imposed on the agricultural profession: Increased taxes and charges, too many European standards and government policy facilitating food imports.
