Japan pro golf Hall of Fame picks Sugihara, Okamoto

TOKYO, Japan - Ayako Okamoto, the 54-year-old Japanese golfer, expressed excitement on May 23 over her scheduled induction into the World Golf Hall of Fame in Augustine, Florida. Okamoto is the third Japanese to join the Hall of Fame following the inductions of Hisako Higuchi in 2003 and Isao Aoki in 2004, and has plans to attend an induction ceremony in Florida on Nov. 14.
