Local superhero gives away mackerels to eliminate drunk driving

Bakushin Barisugor, a superhero of Fukuoka Prefecture, southwestern Japan, hands a driver a frozen mackerel as a gift and asks for cooperation to eliminate drunk driving ahead of the yearend and New Year party season, in the prefectural capital of Fukuoka on Dec. 11, 2015.
