27 years since Chernobyl disaster

CHERNOBYL, Ukraine - A huge dome under construction at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant, the site of the worst nuclear disaster, is seen through barbwire in Chernobyl, northern Ukraine, on April 23, 2013, almost 27 years after the disaster that occurred on April 26, 1986. The dome is to cover an aging concrete sarcophagus enclosing the Reactor 4, where the disaster took place.
