Cameroon president's plane returns after Russia rejects transit

TOKYO, Japan - A Cameroon government plane carrying President Paul Biya had to return to Tokyo's Haneda airport on Oct. 3 after it was refused entry into Russian airspace due to lack of prior arrangements.
